These terms govern access to and use of www.ribele.com. By accepting these terms, the user declares they have read and understood them, have sufficient legal capacity, and assume all obligations herein.
Access to the website is free except for internet connection costs.
Users may voluntarily connect their Ribele account to third-party services such as OpenAI's ChatGPT or Codex. The integration accesses only the permissions shown during authorization. Write actions require user confirmation, may only create campaign drafts or modify the user's own campaigns while they remain drafts, and never publish campaigns, make purchases, accept pledges, or process payments.
Users may revoke the connection at any time. Their use of the third-party service is also subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
Services are directed at persons over 18. Users must not distribute illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
The owner is not responsible for damages to users' equipment or damages caused by network failures.
All website content is the intellectual property of the owner or third parties.
Charges are made through Stripe. Creator payments go directly to their bank accounts. Prices are in euros (€).
Project publication requires approval. Projects need a vote goal and a minimum sales goal. Creators are responsible for delivering products or services sold.
Subscribers may cancel at any time. Customers may withdraw while the project is in its active sales phase. Contact hiribele@ribele.com.

Data is processed for account creation, newsletter delivery, contact requests, purchase management, and user-authorized integrations, in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
For campaign analytics, Ribele records technical visit data such as IP address, referral source, and attribution code to calculate visits, unique visitors, conversions, and aggregate campaign performance.
When a user connects ChatGPT or Codex, Ribele stores the authorized account link, technical OAuth client identifiers, technical idempotency keys, granted scopes, and hashed tokens. At the user's request, the integration may return campaign identifiers, titles, descriptions, categories, statuses, amounts, dates, links, reward configuration, images, and aggregate campaign metrics, or create and update confirmed campaign drafts. Configuring a reward is part of editing the draft and does not offer or sell it or initiate any transaction.
When the user explicitly chooses an attached or generated image for a draft campaign, Ribele temporarily downloads that file from the HTTPS address supplied by OpenAI, validates and normalizes it, and stores the resulting campaign or reward image. Ribele does not use the temporary address or file identifier for any other purpose.
The integration does not return supporter names, email addresses, passwords, payment information, or other supporter personal data. Internal campaign identifiers are included only because they are required to retrieve or update the selected campaign.
Processing is based on the user's consent for forms and expressly authorized integrations, and on performance of the contractual relationship for accounts, purchases, and actions requested in Ribele.
Data is retained while the relevant account or relationship remains active and afterward for applicable legal and security periods. OAuth authorization codes expire after 10 minutes, access tokens after one hour, and refresh tokens after 30 days; users may revoke a connection before expiry.
Ribele does not disclose data to third parties except when legally required or when a user activates and uses an integration. In that case, Ribele sends the authorized service—such as OpenAI's ChatGPT or Codex—only the data needed to complete the user's request. Further processing by that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
