Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These terms govern access to and use of www.ribele.com. By accepting these terms, the user declares they have read and understood them, have sufficient legal capacity, and assume all obligations herein.

2. Access

Access to the website is free except for internet connection costs.

3. Registration and user types

  • Customer user: purchases products or services from published projects.
  • Subscriber user: pays a monthly fee to access project content.
  • Creator user: pays for online tools to launch projects on the platform.

4. Rules of use

Services are directed at persons over 18. Users must not distribute illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.

5. Exclusion of liability

The owner is not responsible for damages to users' equipment or damages caused by network failures.

6. Intellectual property

All website content is the intellectual property of the owner or third parties.

Terms of Service

1. Pricing and payments

Charges are made through Stripe. Creator payments go directly to their bank accounts. Prices are in euros (€).

2. Service conditions

Project publication requires approval. Projects need a vote goal and a minimum sales goal. Creators are responsible for delivering products or services sold.

3. Right of withdrawal

Subscribers may cancel at any time. Customers may withdraw while the project is in its active sales phase. Contact hiribele@ribele.com.

4. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
